Set up your profile page
Add a profile picture, cover image, and a short description so students know who you are. This is your organization's home on Orbi.

Share on social media
Let your members find you. Copy your Orbi profile link and share it on Instagram, TikTok, or wherever your audience is.

This is where students can find all your events, announcements, and memberships — everything they need to stay up to date

Create your first event
Post an event to reach students across campus. Add a title, date, location, and cover image. Collect registrations with custom forms, sell tickets, or keep it free.
Go to Dashboard → Create event
Set title, date, location, and cover image
Choose ticket type: ticketless, free, or paid
Publish and share the event link

Students can search for your organization by name in the Orbi app or web. They can also find you through events you post. Share your profile link on social media, add it to your Instagram bio or Linktree, and post events regularly — the more active you are, the easier you are to find.
Yes. Go to your Dashboard → Teams to invite additional admins by email. They'll have access to manage events, memberships, and settings.
You can create membership tiers with custom questions, pricing, and benefits. Members can get access to discounted tickets, private events, and exclusive content. Students purchase or apply through your profile page. Manage all members from your Dashboard.
Orbi is free to use. If you sell paid tickets or memberships, a small transaction fee applies to buyers at checkout. All applicable fees are clearly presented to users before purchase.
Not at all. You can use Orbi as little or as much as you like — whether that's solely as a ticketing system, for memberships only, or as a full platform for events, announcements, and community management. Start with what you need and explore the rest at your own pace.
